1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BCC Online Grades Viewer system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BCC Online Grades Viewer is an online platform provided by Baao Community College that allows students, faculty, and authorized personnel to access academic records, grades, and related educational information in a secure digital environment.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access the system, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the system for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the system's functionality
• Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Academic records and personal information are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

6. System Availability

While we strive to provide continuous access to the system, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical difficulties. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BCC Online Grades Viewer, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Baao Community College and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

BCC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
