How do I log in to the system?
To log in, use your your registered google account during enrollment.
When are grades typically updated?
Grades are usually updated within 48-72 hours after instructors submit them. Final grades are posted within one week after the end of each semester. Midterm grades are typically available 2-3 days after the midterm evaluation period.
Can I access the system from my mobile device?
Yes, the BCC Online Grades Viewer is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. For the best experience, we recommend using an updated browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
How can I print or download my grades?
Sorry, the grades is only available for view and is prohibited to share in any social media plaform failure to comply to BCC Grades Viewer Terms and Condditions may lead to account deactivation.
What browsers are supported?
The system works best with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please ensure your browser has JavaScript enabled and cookies allowed.

Possible causes:
• Grades haven't been posted yet by your instructor

• There's a technical delay in grade processing

Solution: Wait 24-48 hours, then contact your instructor or the registrar's office if grades are still missing.
The system says my account is locked
Possible causes:
• Too many failed login attempts
• Unusual login activity detected

Solution: If the system detected anusual login attempt, the admin will lock your account for security puposes, contact your admin for instructions.
